I want to run my Unity application on Linux as a standalone. I am done with the project and its working flawlessly in Linux. The issue am facing is to make unity application communicate with an external application.
What I want to do here is, I have an application on my Linux machine which i want to use for, to make a call to a function in Unity standalone application, So that when the function is called the Unity application comes to the front and executes with the values of those parameters. And once the Unity application is done with its operation, it minimizes it self and makes a call to that Linux application.
I have no idea how to send are receive messages through external applications, to unity application to that unity application can work.
Please help, And also i need help with minimizing and maximizing of unity standalone application.
